We are registered to ISO9002 and utilize the very latest technology including a Valmet Strecker Synchro Sheet Cutter, a Masson Scott synchro sheet cutter and a Pasaban rewinder - all backed by a commitment to quality that runs throughout the company.
We are committed to development through the latest technology. Since 1998 there has been an ongoing development of a Total Business System, which incorporates all key aspects of our business. The system controls stock at pallet and reel level, and tracks material movements and yields through the manufacturing process.
Our stock system is integrated with a sales order processing system to enable stock to be dynamically selected and reserved to the requirements of our customers. The design of the system also allows for both Internet and EDI access, and the use of a ProgressTM relational database allows powerful end user reports and information to be provided.
