Converting Division
The combination of a Pasaban re-winder with two Sheeters, a Masson Scott and Valment Strecker give Deva Hawarden Board & Display the flexibility to meet most mills conversion needs. From 100gsm to 600gsm Deva Hawarden Board & Display is equipped to convert a wide range of boards into a wide range of sheet and reel sizes.
Warehousing, storage and handling
Our reel store can handle mill reels up to 3 metres in width, up to 2 metres outside diameter and up to 3 tonnes in weight. Undercover unloading means the reels are stored in a modern, clean, purpose built reel store and handled using the latest clamp trucks. All our drivers are fully trained with years of experience behind them thus eliminating handling waste.
Information relating to stocks, waste figures (both sheeting waste and trim waste), pallet details and sheet counts are all available though our process control system. We have the capability of providing a complete integrated I.T. system which lets the customer have complete order trackability.
Once converted the pallets are shrink wrapped and stored prior to dispatch. In 2004 we built a 2000 square foot narrow isle racking warehouse.
