Paperboard Products manufacture dual ovenable board trays, paper plates, takeaway trays, Rollpac sandwich wraps and other paper-based products for food applications. 
Paperboard products, as the name implies, uses paperboard as our main raw material. It is is the building block that provides the functionability and strength of the finished product.
Paperboard is a very versitile material. It can be printed, it can have barrier coatings applied to resist, for example, water and grease, and it can be moulded into all sorts of shapes and sizes. The process of converting paperboard into trays and plates involves forming the material using heat and pressure. Essentially the forming process for trays and plates is the same.
Our trays and plates all formed on one of 14 forming machines at our North Wales factory under strict hygienic conditions that have been BRC approved.

Our trays and plates are all formed from reels of paperboard, a renewable and recyclable product, on one of 14 forming machines at our factory in North Wales under strict hygienic conditions.
There are 4 basic categories of product. Ovenable trays, paper plates, rollpacs and general trays. The general trays are used in the fast food industry and medical industry but there is potentially no limit to the number of applications.
The number one advantage of these trays is their recyclability and compostability thus reducing the need for plastic which can take over 500 years to bio-degrade.
