What is paperboard?
Paperboard is a thin and flat material in sheet form made up from an interlaced network of cellulose fibres.

Can the trays be printed?
Yes. Prior to forming the reels can be printed by flexography. Some of our trays can then be cut to register.

Can we see a sample of a new tray?
We have developed a unique way of making samples without the need for the cost of a new tool.

What sizes of tray are available?
We have tooling to make over 40 sizes. Within reason any tray size can be made. The maximum depth of a tray is 70mm. New tools can be made to customers exact specifications.

What is the minimum order quantity?
We sell all of our products in pallet lots. Smaller quantities are available from our distributors.
