Frequently asked questions

1. What are your payment Terms?

   Payment terms are net monthly. We invoice at the end of the month of despatch & we expect payment no later than the end of the following month, for example a January delivery with an invoice date of Jan 31st, will be due for payment by 28th February.

2. Is carriage free?

   Prices quoted are exclusive of carriage. Should order quantities drop below the stated case rate we advise of any delivery charges.

4. How to order from us?

   There are two main ways. Firstly you can order pallet quantities of any product and format directly from WipeUpWipers Ltd (see contact us) or for less than pallet quantities via our ebay shop with payment via pay pal.
